About Randy

I have a robust 15+ year career helping clients and companies solve key business problems, identify white space opportunities, and ultimately connect the data dots, all with a keen eye towards uncovering new insights.  I've worked across different industries and a range of company sizes, helping solve company and functional pain points and enhancing the organization’s Analytics & Insights DNA.  Besides running my own consulting company, I’ve also worked for:

I utilize data analytics, qualitative / quantitative research insights and macro industry trends and foresight ideation to provide guidance and recommendations on product, brand, and retail strategy, new product introductions, customer experience measurement and category development. My philosophy is to partner with my clients to help them understand what their data is saying, where the opportunities are (both current and future), and which opportunities make the most sense to pursue.

Speaking Bio

An experienced analytics & insights leader, Randy works with clients to build, expand, and enhance their Analytics & Insights toolset, help develop the organization’s short-term and long-term Analytics & Insights roadmap and ultimately help shape the organization’s Analytics & Insights DNA.

Randy has over 15 years of analytics, insights, research and strategy experience with C. Mondavi & Family, Brown-Forman, Campari Group (US), IRI, Atkins Nutritionals, OtterBox and his own Alcohol Beverage focused consulting company, randybrowne consulting.

He holds a MBA from the University of Denver and a BBA from Adrian College in Michigan. Randy has also been a guest lecturer at the HRTM school at The University of Denver in their Advanced Beverage curriculum and will be an upcoming guest lecturer at the Sonoma State University’s School of Business & Economics Wine Business Institute Program.
